Team presentations - barbecue
- drinks: Come and celebrate the season's successes at Udney Park Road
Our
annual awards is coming up very soon and we desperately need your help to make
this a great fun day for all the teams after their hard work this season.
We
need a lot of help with barbecuing, serving drinks and some heavy work for set
up and clear down... And the more people we have to help the less time
commitment will be needed. Where possible we will also put your slot before or
after your awards presentation (see timetable below).
Can
each team please put forward a parent who can be our contact and will recruit
helpers within their team.
